Do you offer wet or dry hire for events?

We offer a wet hire option only for events where we provide the bar in Haus. External food catering is permitted - food vendors must be registered with their local authority and have a good food hygiene rating

Do you have any in house light and sound?

For events, we don’t have any in house light and sound currently.

For photoshoots we have 2 x Bowens XE400 with attachments, and 6 LED tube lights all available for bookings. We also have a speaker on site to play music for your photoshoots.

What time are you licensed until for events?

The venue has a capacity of 1000, and is licensed until 5am, with everyone required to be off site by 05:30am

can i provide my own security?

We always arrange security in house with a trusted, local security firm who know the venue and area well

What are your opening hours for photoshoots & filming?

A standard day is 09:00-17:00, however we are able to accommodate shoots outside of these hours if required

are you soundproofed?

The venue is not sound proofed, we are located on a quiet road, however it is an industrial area so large vehicles do pass which can be heard
