A modern industrial warehouse studio with drive in access - in Salford and available for photoshoots, content creation, and private hire. You can book product shoots, fashion campaigns, influencer content and so much more.

Our ceiling allows for plenty of natural light to enter the warehouse, you can also open the doors to fill the area with more natural light if needed.

Standard hours are 9am-5pm, however we do allow for out of hours bookings.

Bookings between 9am and 6pm are £100 per hour. 6am-9am and 9pm-12am are £125 per hour. 12am-6am is £150 per hour.

All bookings are a minimum of two hours

Typical 30% deposit due to secure your date, balance due 30 days before your booking. If booking with less than 30 days, the full balance is due to secure your date.

For studio hire, if you cancel more than 7 days before your shoot you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you cancel with more than 3 days notice you will receive a 50% refund minus the deposit. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will not receive a refund.

We will hold dates provisionally for 48 hours, if there is no correspondence after 48 hours when we request an update, the date will be released. We can hold dates for longer if necessary but require regular updates for us to keep the date on hold

We have space for up to 12 cars, please make sure to park close together to maximise space on the car park. There is space for more if you can block each other in, there is also street parking available

Yes, we have a fully equipped dressing room which includes 2 private changing rooms, hair and makeup station, steamer, rail and a sofa

Yes, you are welcome to transform our haus. We can arrange to accept deliveries of any equipment in advance of your shoot for a call out fee if required.

Yes, this will be provided on the day of your shoot

No, but please give us advance notice if your booking is going to be loud, so we can let local businesses know.
