\ This year, Self becomes something bigger. A one-day festival, a gathering of movement, sound, and performance. Self brings together UK debuts, international voices, and artists working at the edges of form and expectation. \ From experimental music and live art to choreography and installation, Self invites work that sits between disciplines and speaks across them. \ We’re drawn to artists who create through contrast - between tradition and rupture, structure and chaos. By inhabiting these in-between spaces, we open up new way of relating - ways of building, breaking, and becoming together. Self Festival 2025 is a space to propose ideas, to share risk, and to hold something fragile in common - if only for a moment.
